CFI Board of Directors Welcomes Eric Pfeifer

[Sanibel, FL, October 24, 2023] The Charitable Foundation of the Islands (CFI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Pfeifer to the Board. Eric and his family have been full-time Sanibel residents since 2001.
Eric Pfeifer grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, where he attended the Gilman School for Boys and later graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in civil engineering. Eric worked as an engineer and project manager in Georgia and Florida, building bridges, wharves, and beltways.
He later joined his two older brothers in a family business in which they grew their company rapidly, earning recognition from the Inc. 500 for two consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.
“We are thrilled to have Eric as a new member of the CFI board. His experience and longstanding work in the community make him an invaluable part of the team,” said Chip Roach, chair of the CFI Board.
